Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Eddy G. Tridle and to Change Caption, filed June 30, 2022, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 29, 2022, petitioners shall file an osbjection, if any, to respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Eddy G. Tridle. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion or other appropriate action by this Court.
