Before the Court came on for consideration Defendant Watkins Engineers Constructors, Inc.'s Motion to Withdraw Prior Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay Proceedings. After consideration of said Motion, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion should be and hereby is GRANTED.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant Watkins Engineers Constructors, Inc.'s Motion is hereby granted, and that Watkins Amended Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay Proceedings supersedes its prior Motion. The response to the amended motion shall be due 20 days from the date of this order
