DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for preliminary injunction and for further relief pending appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that, pending determination of the appeal, respondents are enjoined from removing the occupants of the subject premises in furtherance of the order of Supreme Court dated June 14, 2016. The appeal is set down for the October 2016 term of this Court. Appellant shall file and serve the record on appeal and brief on or before August 5, 2016. The brief of respondents shall be filed and served on or before August 26, 2016. The reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before September 2, 2016.
