Having considered the Motion and for good cause shown, Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Dismiss Paddock Pool Equipment Company, Inc. is GRANTED. Defendant Paddock Pool Equipment Company, Inc. is dismissed from this cause with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs.
