ORDER
The State's brief was originally due to be filed with this court on October 3, 2013. This court granted the State's first and second motions for an extension of time to file the brief until November 12, 2013. On November 15, 2013, the State filed its third motion for an extension of time to file its brief until November 18, 2013, for a total extension of forty-five days.
The State's motion is GRANTED. The State must file its brief with this court by November 18, 2013.
