ORDER

Appellant Terry C. Trentacosta was represented by court-appointed counsel who filed an Anders brief and a motion to withdraw on August 16, 2013. On August 19, 2013, we advised Appellant that his counsel had filed an Anders brief, and instructed him that if he wished to file a pro se brief, he must do so by September 18, 2013. On September 9, 2013, Appellant filed a motion for a sixty day extension of time to file his brief.

Appellant's motion for extension of time to file his brief is GRANTED IN PART. Appellant's pro se brief must be filed with this court by November 4, 2013.
