ORDER


AND NOW, this 9th day of June, 2005, upon consideration of the Stipulation of Confidentiality and Protective Order filed by the parties in this case (Docket No. 17), it is ORDERED that the Stipulation of Confidentiality and Protective Order is hereby approved with the additional terms that (1) the Court retains the right to sua sponte allow disclosure of any subject covered by the Order and/or modify the Stipulation of Confidentiality and Protective Order at any time the interest of justice so requires and (2) at the conclusion of the matter the Court will determine whether any material filed with the Court under seal will remain sealed, will be returned to the parties or will be destroyed.See Local R. Civ. P. 5.1.5.
