By Order issued March 29, 2022, respondent was directed to, on or before April 22, 2022, file with the Court a response to petitioners' motion for entry of decision or, alternatively, the parties were directed to submit a stipulated decision resolving this case. To date, no response to the Court's Order has been received. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall show cause, on or before August15, 2022, why the Court should not enter a decision that there is no deficiency due from, nor overpayment due to, petitioners for the taxable year 2019.
