Gen. No. 10,226. (Abstract of Decision.)
Opinion filed April 20, 1948 Released for publication May 10, 1948
PARTNERSHIP, § 190 — delay barring claim against estate of deceased partner. Evidence warranted denial of surviving partner's claim against deceased partner's estate for sums allegedly due from deceased to claimant in settlement of a previously existing partnership between claimant, deceased and their father on ground that claim was barred by statute of limitations, notwithstanding claimant's contention that partnership between claimant and deceased was by agreement not to be terminated until father's estate was closed (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1947, ch. 106 1/2, pars. 29, 43; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 97.29, 97.43).
