Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed September 5, 2023, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 19, 2023, petitioner's heirs at law, Kirstin McFarlane and Taylor Trawick, shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by this Court. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve copies of this Order and respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution on Kirstin McFarland and Taylor Trawick at their addresses listed in respondent's motion.
