Travis v. Monfort

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Apr 1, 1912
150 App. Div. 908 (N.Y. App. Div. 1912)

Opinion

April, 1912.

Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs, on the ground that it appears that the examination of the defendants in the bankruptcy court did not cover all of the issues in this action. Hirschberg, Burr, Thomas, Carr and Woodward, JJ., concurred.
