WENDY JEAN TRAVIS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro Judge

On August 13, 2024, respondent filed a Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene (Doc. 12). However, review shows that the submission involved an unrelated taxpayer. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene filed August 13, 2024, is hereby stricken from the Court's record and shall be placed under seal, thus rendering it not viewable as part of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 28, 2024, respondent shall file either (1) a Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene reflecting service on the other individual filing the pertinent joint return or (2) a status report.
