This is one of three consolidated lawsuits arising out of a fire of unknown origin. For the reasons assigned in Guiffre v. Montgomery Ward Co., Inc., La. App., 237 So.2d 402, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are taxed one-half to plaintiffs and one-half to defendants.

Affirmed.
