Application by the respondent-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 8, 2011.

ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 28, 2011, and the respondent-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
