Appellant Elliott Company and defendant Elliott Turbo Machinery, Co., having moved for the admission pro hac vice of Michael H. Ginsberg, Esq. for purposes of the appeal taken herein from an order of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on October 14, 2011,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Maxime A. Guindo, Esq., dated January 26, 2012, the affidavit of Michael H. Ginsberg, Esq., sworn to January 20, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Michael H. Ginsberg, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for purposes of this appeal by Elliott Company.
