Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 5, 2019 and from a judgment, same court entered on or about June 26, 2019, And plaintiff-appellant having moved, by separate, identical motions, for an extension of time to perfect the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeals to the November 2020 Term of this Court (M-1692/M-1693).
