Action by Dora B. Trask against Joseph A. Moore and Arlie S. Moore to quiet title to water distributing system, for an accounting and other relief, wherein the defendants filed a cross-complaint against Edward Ealey. From a judgment for plaintiff and cross-defendant, the defendants and cross-complainants appeal.

Attempted appeal as to cross-defendant dismissed, and judgment in favor of plaintiff reversed.
