This case is calendared for trial at the March 21, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On February 23, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion) stating that additional time is needed to acquire the administrative file and for review. Petitioner's view on the granting of the motion is unknown. By Order served February 25, 2022, the Court directed petitioner, on or before March 10, 2022, to file a response to respondent's motion. Petitioner informed the Court that he has no objection to the continuance and of his new address.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's March 21, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session, and is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
