On March 28, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report in Docket Nos. 1183-22 and 434-23, which are consolidated for trial, briefing, and opinion. In that status report, the parties informed the Court that Petitions were recently filed in Docket Nos. 444-24 and 436-24. Those petitions make clear that those cases involve related parties and present issues similar to those in the pending consolidated cases. For the convenience of the parties and the Court, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the cases at Docket Nos. 444-24 and 436-24 are consolidated with previously consolidated Docket Nos. 1183-22 and 434-23 for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report by June 29, 2024. In lieu of a joint status report, any party may file a separate status report reciting that the other parties have agreed to the contents of the report.
