In accordance with our July 24, 2024 order concerning certain records filed temporarily under seal pending the trial court's hearing and order on a motion to seal under Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 76a, appellant has filed a status report informing the Court that the hearing scheduled July 18, 2024 was reset to August 29, 2024 due to insufficient notice. Accordingly, we ORDER filed, no later than September 4, 2024, a status report or a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of any trial court order on the motion.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Tonya Parker, Presiding Judge of the 116th Judicial District Court; Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre; and the parties.
