On April 16, 2024, we ordered a supplemental clerk's record be filed temporarily under seal pending the filing in the trial court of a motion to seal, and we directed appellant to file a status report concerning the motion no later than May 16, 2024. In accordance with our order, the supplemental clerk's record has been filed. Additionally, appellant has filed a status report informing the Court that the motion has been filed, and a hearing on the motion is set for June 27, 2024.
In light of the June 27 hearing date, we ORDER either a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of the trial court's order on the motion to seal or a status report be filed no later than July 8, 2024.
We note appellee has filed an unopposed motion for extension of time to file its brief. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief filed no later than June 25, 2024.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Tonya Parker, Presiding Judge of the 116th Judicial District Court; Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre; and the parties.
