ORDER
BONNIE LEE GOLDSTEIN, JUSTICE
In accordance with our February 28, 2024 order, the parties have filed a joint status report regarding certain missing documents filed under seal in the trial court. The parties state they are close to an agreement regarding the documents and request an additional seven days to deliver a copy of the documents to the trial court clerk for inclusion in a supplemental record. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 34.5(e). The parties also request we provide guidance as to the Court's preference for submission of the documents to the Court.
We GRANT the motion and ORDER the parties to file, no later than March 25, 2024, either a status report or written verification an agreed copy of the missing documents has been delivered to the trial court clerk for inclusion in a supplemental clerk's record. Should the parties deliver to the trial court clerk an agreed copy of the missing documents, we ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file a supplemental clerk's record containing those documents no later than March 29, 2024. The record shall be filed without seal unless the trial court has signed a sealing order in accordance with Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 76a. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 76a.
We ORDER appellant's opening brief filed within twenty days of the filing of the supplemental record.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Tonya Parker, Presiding Judge of the 116th Judicial District Court; Ms. Pitre; and the parties.
