In re: Transcontinental Development Corporation applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson.


Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal the judgment is correct.

SANDERS, J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted. See Article 1911, L.S.A-C.C. and Everhardt v. Sighinolfi, 232 La. 996, 95 So.2d 632.
