BEFORE: PETTIGREW, DOWNING, AND HUGHES, JJ. PETTIGREW, J.

In this case, plaintiff appeals a trial court judgment sustaining the defendants' declinatory exceptions raising the objection of lack of personal jurisdiction and dismissing the plaintiff's claims against James K. Gable and Charles M. Bruce without prejudice. The sole issue for our review is whether a Louisiana court can exercise personal jurisdiction over Mr. Gable and Mr. Bruce in this matter.

After a thorough review of the record and relevant jurisprudence, we find that the recent supreme court case, Southeast Wireless Network, Inc. v. U.S. Telemetry Corp., 2006-1736 (La. 4/11/07), ____So.2d ____, is controlling precedent. Thus, we reverse the trial court's judgment and remand the matter to the trial court for further proceedings. All costs of this appeal are assessed against defendants, James K. Gable and Charles M. Bruce. REVERSED AND REMANDED.

This summary disposition is issued in compliance with Uniform Rules-Courts of Appeal Rule 2-16.2A(2).
