Pending in the above-docketed matter is a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed May 12, 2023. Subsequently and inexplicably, on June 22, 2023, the Court received from the parties a Proposed Stipulated Decision purporting to resolve this litigation. Such is at minimum premature given the outstanding jurisdictional motion.

The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed June 22, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
