Plaintiff appeals from so much of an order as denies her motion to strike out an affirmative defense contained in defendant's answer. Order, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
