Mar 31, 1998
719 A.2d 1232 (Conn. App. Ct. 1998)

Opinion

(AC 16947)

Argued March 16, 1998

Officially released March 31, 1998

Petitioner's appeal from the Superior Court in the judicial district of Tolland, Bishop, J.

We find that the trial court did not abuse its discretion by denying the petitioner certification to appeal. We find that the petitioner did not meet his burden of showing that there was a clear abuse of discretion or that an injustice was done. Simms v.
