The facts and issues of this appeal have been discussed in the companion case of Bellard v. Texas Services, Incorporated, La.App., 151 So.2d 694.

For the reasons there set forth, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and plaintiff's suit is dismissed; plaintiff to pay all costs of this appeal.

Reversed.
