ORDER


In accordance with the accompanying Memorandum setting for the Count's findings of fat and conclusions of law, it is hereby

ORDERED that default judgment be entered in favor of the plaintiff, Edward Tracy, against the defendants, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Iranian Ministry of Information and Security, jointly and severally, for compensatory damages in the amount of $18,509,000.00; and, it is further hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall enter judgment in accordance with the foregoing; and, it is further hereby

ORDERED that plaintiff may arrange for this Order, the accompanying Memorandum, and the Judgment of the Court to be translated into Farsi, and that the Clerk's Office shall cause a copy of the translate documents to be transmitted to U.S. Department of State for service upon defendants through diplomatic channels.

SO ORDERED.
