Township of Groveland v. Bowren

Supreme Court of Michigan
Feb 29, 2000
No. 113979(68)(69) (Mich. Feb. 29, 2000)

Opinion

No. 113979(68)(69).

February 29, 2000.

On order of the Court, the motion for reconsideration of this Court's order of December 7, 1999, is considered, and it is DENIED, because it does not appear that the order was entered erroneously.

The motion to vacate the stay order issued by the Court of Appeals on January 9, 1991 is DENIED as moot, because the order of this Court dated December 7, 1999 resolved the defendant's appeal, causing the stay to be vacated automatically pursuant to the terms of the stay order.

CAVANAGH and KELLY, JJ., would grant reconsideration and, on reconsideration, would grant leave to appeal.
