Monica Nicole Townsend v. Erik Allen Vasquez

ORDER Trial court case number: 63976 Trial court: 300th District Court of Brazoria County

Appellant filed a motion to review the trial court's order denying her claim of indigence. We abated this appeal and remanded to the trial court for preparation of findings of fact and conclusions of law supporting its order. On September 18, 2017, appellant filed a motion to reinstate the appeal. On October 3, 2017, a supplemental clerk's record was filed containing an order of the trial court ruling that it was changing its order to one granting appellant's indigence claim and finding her indigent for purposes of the record on appeal.

Accordingly, we grant appellant's motion and reinstate the appeal on the active docket. The clerk of this Court is instructed to enter appellant's status as indigent. Appellant's brief is due within 30 days of the date of this order.

It is so ORDERED. Judge's signature: /s/ Harvey Brown
