Action to foreclose municipal tax liens on certain of the named defendant's real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Hauser, J., granted the plaintiffs' motion of foreclosure by sale and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, Rodriguez, J., denied the named defendant's motion to open and modify the judgment, and the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
