The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 140 Conn.App. 587, 60 A.3d 288 (AC 33962), is granted, limited to the following issue:
“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the arbitration award in this matter reinstating the police officer violated a clearly discernable public policy against intentional dishonesty by police officers in connection with their employment which mandated dismissal of the officer?”
