ORDERED that the appeal is set down for the February 2021 term of this Court. Appellants shall file and serve the record and brief on or before November 23, 2020. Respondents' briefs shall be filed and served on or before December 23, 2020. Appellants' reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before January 4, 2021.
