APPEAL AND ERROR, § 406 — necessity and occasion for report of proceedings. On an appeal from a judgment granting the writ of mandamus to compel the board of auditors of a township to audit and approve a claim, where no report of proceedings or certificate of the trial judge in relation thereto was incorporated in the record, the court was not in position to review errors assigned which were based upon matters of evidence not so preserved.
