Action, in each case, to foreclose municipal tax liens on certain of the named defendant's real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the named defendant filed a counterclaim in each case; thereafter, the cases were consolidated and referred to Hon. Irving Levine, state trial referee; judgments of strict foreclosure on the complaints and for the plaintiff on the counterclaims, from which the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
