ORDERED that the motion to supplement the record on appeal is denied, without costs, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to take judicial notice is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to the issue involved being raised upon the argument of the appeal. Respondent Sullivan Farms II, Inc., may attach the determination of the Department of State, Division of Building Standards and Codes dated April 18, 2016 as an addendum to its responding brief.
