TOWN OF IRONDEQUOIT AND TOWN OF BRIGHTON, PLAINTIFFS-RESPONDENTS, v. COUNTY OF MONROE, TIMOTHY P. MURPHY, AS DIRECTOR OF REAL PROPERTY TAX SERVICE FOR COUNTY OF MONROE, AND ROBERT FRANKLIN, DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF COUNTY OF MONROE, DEFENDANTS-APPELLANTS.


PRESENT:

Association of Towns of The State of New York having moved for permission to appear as amicus curiae on the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on November 9, 2017,
