Action for an injunction requiring the defendant to cease construction and to remove a certain structure built in alleged violation of the plaintiffs zoning and health regulations, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Middlesex, where the court, Arena, J., granted a temporary injunction; thereafter, the matter was tried to the court, R. O'Connell, J.; judgment enjoining the defendant from continuing work on the structure and ordering him to remove it, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
