Defendants appeal from an order granting plaintiff's motion for a temporary injunction restraining defendants from violating an ordinance and directing them to comply with the grading plan filed by them in May, 1951. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
