Order for resale modified so as to provide that as a condition for granting the motion the plaintiff shall pay to the purchaser, appellant, the sum of twenty-five dollars costs within ten days after the service of the order to be entered upon this decision, and that in default of such payment the motion to set aside the sale shall be denied, and as so modified the order is affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Kelly, P.J., Jaycox, Kelby, Young and Kapper, JJ., concur.
