DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Second District, entered February 24, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed by August 23, 2013, and it is further

ORDERED that appellant, if he be so advised, may file a reply brief within 7 days of service of the respondent's brief.
