The second and third paragraphs of the judgment are to be struck and the following substituted therefor: "The notes and mortgages to Cohasset Savings Bank and Lincoln Trust Company are void as to the plaintiff Sylvia G. Towle as her signatures on them are forgeries." As so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
