On June 8, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Enforce a Refund of Overpayment Pursuant to Rule 260, to which respondent timely responded. On July 21, 2023, the undersigned held an informal conference call with the parties. During the conference call the parties expressed hope that they would be able to negotiate an agreement that resolves all issues in dispute.
Pursuant to the telephone conference, it is
ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before September 7, 2023, a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case.
