LARRY C. TOUT & VICKI E. TOUT, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge.

This case is on the calendar of the Court's April 3, 2023 trial session for San Francisco, California. On March 20, 2023, respondent filed Proposed Trial Exhibits (Doc. 9). However, the labels on the exhibits do not match the references in the narrative paragraphs. For example, Paragraph 2 provides that Exhibit 1002-R is a copy of the IRS Account Transcript for Mr. Tout's 2016 tax year. But the IRS Account Transcript for Mr. Tout is labeled "Exhibit 1001-R".

For cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Proposed Trial Exhibits, filed March 20, 2023 (Doc. 9), is deemed stricken from the record.
