ANNA TOUPIN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On December 7, 2021, an imperfect petition commencing this case was filed. Petitioner apparently seeks review of a deficiency notice issued to her for tax year 2019. On April 11, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

A review of the record in this case discloses that record does not include a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2019 upon which this case is apparently based. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 4, 2022, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto, a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2019 upon which this case is apparently based.
