Appellants appeal from a temporary injunction. Before the Court is Totus Group, LLC's motion to stay the temporary injunction order and appellees' response. We GRANT the motion to the extent that we STAY enforcement of the temporary injunction pending the trial court's February 16, 2024 hearing on appellants' motion to modify the temporary injunction. We ORDER appellants to provide a status update, no later than February 26, 2024, of the trial court's ruling on the motion to modify.
By separate filing, appellant Totus Group Holdings, LLC joined the motion to stay.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Nicole Taylor, Presiding Judge County Court at Law No. 5; and all parties.
