JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO STIPULATION


Upon reviewing the Stipulation for Entry of Judgment, and it appearing to the court that all conditions necessary for entry of judgment having been met, it is hereby ORDERED that judgment be entered in favor of plaintiff LARRY TOTTEN as CHAIRMAN and JOSE MORENO as CO-CHAIRMAN of the BOARDS OF TRUSTEES FOR THE LABORERS HEALTH AND WELFARE TRUST FUND FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA; LABORERS VACATION-HOLIDAY TRUST FUND FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA; LABORERS PENSION TRUST FUND FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA; and LABORERS TRAINING AND RETRAINING TRUST FUND FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA and against defendants DAVID ZANOTTI dba ZANOTTI CONSTRUCTION CO. and Z-CON SPECIALTY SERVICES, INC. in the principal sum of $91,000. said sum to bear interest as provided by law from and after the date of entry of this judgment.
