JUDGMENT
Upon reading the Stipulation for Entry of Judgment executed by defendant Gerry Lynn Johnson herein, which has been filed with the Court and is part of the record herein, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED, that plaintiffs have judgment against Gerry Lynn Johnson in the sum of $133,070.19, said sum to bear interest at the legal rate from and after the date of entry of this judgment.
The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment in this matter forthwith.
STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between plaintiffs, hereinabove named, and defendant Gerry Lynn Johnson, that judgment may be entered by the U.S. District Court against Gerry Lynn Johnson and in favor of plaintiffs, as follows:$18.970.00 1. Principal sum of debt: $92,374.69 2. Pre-judgment interest: $21,725.50 3. Costs and attorneys' fees: TOTAL $133,070.19The parties agree ad stipulate that the Court may enter judgment, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, for the total amount set forth above, said judgment amount to bear interest as the legal rate from and after the date of way of judgment
