JUDGMENT
This matter came before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion for Entry of Default Judgment on May 21, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable Susan Illston, U.S. District Judge, in Courtroom 10 of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California.
The Court having reviewed the default previously entered in this matter on or about March 23, 2004, the present Motion and accompanying Declaration of James P. Watson, and having received no opposition, it is hereby ORDERED as follows:
1. Plaintiffs shall have and recover the known principal sum of $ 19,891.44 from the defendants, and each of them;
2. Plaintiffs shall have and recover the sum of $536.35 as pre-judgment interest on the principal sum through and including the date of entry of the judgment;
3. Plaintiffs shall have and recover attorneys' fees in the sum of $5,602.50 and costs in the sum of $1,036.66;
4. The total known monetary sum due and owing to plaintiffs from the defendants, and each of them, through the date of this judgment is $27,066.95;
5. Defendants, and each of them, are mandatorily enjoined, required and commanded to submit an audit of all of their books and records from March 4, 1991 to the present, to plaintiffs for audit and inspection. This injunctive order may be enforced upon service upon the defendants and defendants shall, within a reasonable time after service of the Order, deliver its records of business operations to the plaintiffs as prayed in the Complaint and Amended Complaint herein,
